My pricing plan is simple.
$99 for labor on all “drop-off” services.
Parts, if necessary, are extra.
System Refresh $99
A typical computer tends to start to slow down after years of use, and things just don’t work the way they used to. I can perform a tune up that can greatly increase the performance of your PC. I will scan your computer and remove any traces of spyware, viruses, and other malicious software. I will also prioritize start-up items, optimize memory use, install security patches, apply operating system updates, install application updates, and physically clean your system. When I am done your computer will start faster, run smoother, and you will be able to get things done.
System Restart $99
Do you remember how fast your computer was when you first got it?
Sometimes the best thing to do is to backup your data and start over. I can restore your computer back to new with my System Restart service. I will backup all of your personal data, which includes music, pictures, documents, favorites, and any other data that you request. I will then format the entire hard drive and start from scratch. I will install a fresh copy of your operating system and download and install the most current updates. I will also install any software that you request from the original CDs supplied by you. I will then put your personal data back where I found it. This also includes a PC cleaning and a thorough system evaluation.
Backup: $49 (or free with other above service)
What would you do if your hard drive were to suddenly stop working?
With hard drives, it is not a matter of if they will fail, but when they will fail. Be prepared with an additional copy of all of your precious memories and files. This can be added to any other service. I will setup your computer to automatically back up your files to an external hard drive and perform the first backup for you. Then on a regular schedule, all you will have to do is to plug in your external drive and the backup process will start. You can either provide the external hard drive, or I can provide the hard drive for an additional charge.
WiFi Setup and Configuration: $49
I will come to your location, and assess your current setup. If things are not working I will diagnose and fix the problem. I will then configure your wireless router with a password that you can remember, and help you to connect all of your devices to the wireless network. This fee covers all labor involved in configuring and troubleshooting the wireless network. Any additional necessary parts will be extra.
